Praying~

Well this weekend has been one full of sorrows and is in need of many prayers. We got news Friday afternoon that a good close friend of ours passed away Friday morning. I am not sure that I understand why these thing happen or that I can always believe that there is a reason for these things and we just need to trust in God. I do trust and I know God will be with the family through this but it just isn't fair. Tami was only in her 30's and she had a 7 mo. old baby boy! I have known Matt much longer than I had known Tami but to see Matt as happy as he was when he was with her was amazing. Matt and Tami were together through a lot in their short time together but being together gave them strength beyond comparison! Baby Dilon was a blessing to them both in many ways! As friends we can only make sure that he knows what a wonderful Mother she was and how much she loved him! For Matt we are here for anything he needs but we know that is nothing compaired to having his wife here with him. Please keep them in your thought as the holidays come this year. Give your spouse an extra kiss today and hold your babies closer! You never know when you won't get to do it again!!

So friday night Josh and I took a night and went to Ka Nee Tah resort in Warm Springs for the hospital Christmas party. It was a wonderful time! Kaiden and Poachie went to see my grandma for the night. Saturday morning we got a call from my grandma and Poachie was very sick and she had taken him to the vet.  The vet had started an IV and he had diagnosed him with Parvo! Where would he get that? How? I was confused and angry! More than anything I was sorry for Kaiden. She didn't understand why her little puppy was so sick and why he had to stay at the vet and couldn't come home with her. Well it's now Monday and he has made it through the weekend but yesterday they called and said they were thinking he wasn't going to make it! I was so sad and poor Kaiden has been crying all weekend for her little puppy! He is getting better but still has a long ways to go before we can bring him home. I have been cleaning like crazy with bleach all over my house and spraying the yard to keep him safe when he does get to come home!! Crazy animals!!
