Happy Birthday Jesus!

What a wonderful day this is! I am so happy to be celebrating this day with my daughter and my husband. We have growns so much over the last year and I am so amazed how far we have come. Josh and I have grown so much spiritually and it has been so awsome to see how much Kaiden knows now because of it. You can ask her what Christmas is and she will tell you "its Jesus' birthday! I love it. Of course we are still talking about Santa but Kaiden so did not want anything to do him. We drove all the way to bend on these not so good roads just so we could get a picture of Kaiden with Santa and then she wouldn't even get close!!! It was wonderful!! Anyway Kaiden is excited for tomorrow and the gifts that she will be getting but she is just as excited to eat birthday cake for Jesus which is a tradition that we are starting. Every year we will be singing happy birthday on Christmas as well as opening gifts...... Well I wish you all a great night and hope that you all sleep well... I will post pictures of our day soon.

Christmas Tree Run!

Well Saturda was our annual Christmas Tree run. This year we went to Grizzly instead of Green Ridge and we went up to Travis' memorial and put us a Christmas tree for him. There was not a lot of snow but it was cold. There was a good group of people and we had a good time. Travis' tree turned out ver nice. We were happy to see the turn out of people. We went through Grizzly down Trout Creek and then to Ashwood. From Ashwood we went through Hay Creek. There was a few mishaps and I am thankful to God that everyone is okay! Then Stetson, Shellie, Lanisha, Tyler, Josh, Kaiden and I all went to Charlies for dinner. That was very fun; good company and good food!

Then sunday we went to Church and what a wonderful service that was. It was the Christmas Service and it was beautiful. Then we all went to Lanisha and Tylers and had lunch and made cookies. Afterwards Josh, Kaiden and I took Buster his Travis sweatshirt and visited with him for a little bit. It was in the low teens outside and he was standing around his campfire just smiling arounds. It was very funny. Then we went to a members meeting at the Church. I have wanted to join our church as memebers but they only do a members class twice a year and that was this sunday. What a great meeting I learned so much!! After that we went to he Keegans for dinner and Kaiden and Cole played. Then home we went. We let our dogs sleep inside since it's so cold out there; man they loved it. They have been inside ever since.

Monday Kaiden and spend making cookies and cooking a roast for dinner. We had my parents and Josh parents over for dinner and we put together an agenda for our Alaska trip in June. Decided on what people wanted to do and then arranged when we would do them. It was a nice time together.

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving here. I got off work at 0600 and went home to sleep for a little while. At ten I was up and cooking and ready for the day. At noon people started showing up and we ate at 1430. The day was wonderful; the food was good, the company was wonderful and to be all together was certainly something to be Thankful for on! My grandma was able to be here which was wonderful since I never get to see her. We then played Cranium all together which was very funny and lasted way to long. Then Saturday we went and had family pictures taked at the river. They turned out good. Here are a few for you to see. I will be getting my Christmas card started tomorrow and I am very excited about that :)

Another day of .........

Well Kaiden has always been an early bird but today she was ready to be up and playing at 5:45 am. She wanted to go watch cartoons and have breakfast. I so wanted to sleep but as we can all see that did not happen. She even went to sleep later than normal last night so I was for sure I was going to get to sleep in....... that's what I get for thinking I guess. Kaiden and I are going to scrapbook with my dear Spoon :) and then we are going to go to Bend for a dentist appointment that Kaiden is so not looking forward to! She has been saying she does not want to go for two days now, this will be OH SO MUCH FUN I can tell already:) After that we have a few quick stops to make in redmond and then its home to work the night for me........ I can't believe it's almost Thanksgiving...... Wow that year has really flew by!

Just Another Day.

So last night at work was uneventful but I got to work with Spoon and Spork :) Which was fun as always. We are starting to get ready for Thanksgiving which we are having at our house this year! We will have about 20 people there so that will be fun. Then we are going to do the whole day after Thanksgiving day shopping thing! This is only the second time that we have done this so it will be exciting....... or scary not sure which at this time.... Okay well I don't have much else to say but hope you all have a great day.

What a wonderful Weekend~

This weekend was a family filled event and it was so nice. Thursday we had Kody, Becca and Baby Baylee over for dinner; it was sure nice to get to catch up and see baby. Kaiden is going to be a wonderful big sister someday. The baby's seem to keep her busy for hours. She is always wanting to help them; if Baylee was crying she would help her with her binki or cover her up.... It was cute. Friday my spoon, her hubby Mark, Shellie and Stetson all came over for dinner and we played Battle of the Sexes and let Kaiden once again play with "Maddie" She was so good with her too. It was so much fun to just spend time with other couples and kids. We hope to get to do this again soon. Saturday we woke up and had breakfast with Lanisha and Tyler and Josh helped Kody with his pickup. Then we went to the pool for Kinzi and Cole's birthday party. We took Kaiden, Kacey, and Kinley and they had a great time all playing together. After the pool Kaiden went to her Nams' house and spent the night, while Josh and I went to dinner with my Friend Liz and her boyfriend Dilly and Lanisha and Tyler. Then we joined a large group of friend and went and watched the PRCA Circuit Finals in Redmond. We had nice seats and it was very fun. After that we went and sang some Karaoke at the RBI and then called it a night and went home. Sunday we got up a little late :( and missed church so we went and picked Kaiden up and went to Madagascar 2 and a little shopping. We finished the night with a good home maid pizza dinner and ice cream watching the new National Treasure the Secret Book. and then went to bed. All in all it was a wonderful weekend. I hope to have more family time like this more often. I hope everyone had as great of a weekend as we did~

Halloween!

Okay so I am a little behind but here are a few photo's of Kaiden's at Halloween. She had a lot of fun being "Harmony Bear" I hope that everyone else had a great Halloween; this was one of the funnest we have had because Kaiden was a more exctied and actually did the door to door thing almost on her own. We went with the Keegan family which made it more fun to because we got to visit and Kaiden got to run around with Kody and Cole.... Hope you enjoy the picture's!

Date Night!

One thing that Josh and I try to do is still find time for just us.... Kaiden is our world but we do think that to keep a happy family we still need time for just him and I. So with that last night when Josh got home from work I took Kaiden to my parents house and we went to Bend. We went and watched the movie Fireproof.... what a good movie I think that any married couple should see it. It is a new Christain movie and I loved it. Josh was even impressed with it... We then went to dinner at Red Robin.. and then to target to get the sound track to Josh's new favorite movie " Beer for my Horses". Then we went and picked up Kaiden and went home for a good nights sleep... Today I have so much to do. I have to clean the whole house, finish laundry, pack for my night away. I am driving to Medford tonight for a night then spending all day in training for work tomorrow then driving back. I guess the rode there is snow packed and slick so I have to get my studded tires on my car and find my chains. Also have to get Kaiden's stuff ready so that she can stay at my mom's while I am gone. And I have to meet my Aunt for bible study at noon and try to meet Spoon (Jenn) for a little trip to the scrapbook store and we are leaving at one for Medford so I am running out of time already... Well I better get going I hope you all have a Blessed day.

Scrapbooking!

Okay I am so exctied to finally get started on my scrapbook. I have been talking about it since Josh and I got together and I have never started. Well yesterday Jennifer came over and we sat down and got started it was way fun to hang out and visit and get some stuff done. I am so excited to do it again soon.
Jennifer finished like five pages and I only did three but I was new a it and a little slow. I can see how it gets so addicting though. Once we got started it went very fast. I will now be on the look out for fun paper and stickers and all that fun stuff.
Josh thought that the pages looked good so it was nice for him to like them too and see what else I was going to do. He is exctied for the scrapbooks too so people can see all the things we do.

Family Get Away.

Well Friday evening when Josh got home form work we took off ( Gordon, Josh, Kaiden and I) and we headed off to my grandparents cabins. They have a small place outside of Granit and they go there for the summers every year. We rode fourwheelers, went outdoor bowling, played with the dogs, carved pumpkins, just relaxed. It was a great weekend. Josh and Gordon took Monday off work so we were able to stay another day which was wonderful. Here are a few photo's of the weekend.

Kaiden.

She is so funny to watch. She sings random songs and then makes her self laugh. I wish I could be like that somedays. Just be careless and have fun.... Anyway she is running around this morning and playing and cracking me ! She is such a blessing! I thank God everyday for her; I am a better person because of her, that is for sure!

Go Blazers!

Okay so last night I got to go to a Blazer game for the first time. Treasa and I went and we had great seats. We were only six rows from the blazer team bench. I had a great time! It was the first time I have been to a pro game and I would like to go back again! I am not a good travel freind though, I totally fell asleep last night coming home and felt so bad. Treasa had to drive back all by herself and I was so sorry..... Here are some photo's.

What a Sunday!!!

This was a great day. We all got up and went to the early church service then we were off to the pumpkin patch and corn maze. Kaiden had so much fun and it was wonderful to spend the day together and really have no time schedule to follow.. I love days like this. Here are some photo's.

Oooops.....

Okay so i got off work at six this morning and needed to be back at work around nine thirty for a training on pediatric trama. Well lets just say that I slept through it... I woke up about one this afternoon and felt very stupid.. I guess i needed to sleep and I did not know it! But now i am here laying in bed with josh and he is sleeping soundly and I can't sleep! Man this is hard!!!

Fall!

I love this time of the year! The trees are starting to turn, the weather is crisp. And all this means that hunting season is just around the cornor. Josh and I bow hunted this year but we have family with rifle tags and I am excited for the hunt. Kaiden is having a hard time having to adjust to the fall though, she still insists on wearing shorts, flip flops and t-shirts, she says " I'm not cold, its bery hot in here! I love her so much. I have started to decorate for the fall around the house which is always fun. Kaiden, Josh and I are going to the pumpkin patch sunday after church so that will be way fun! The Wedding!

You know thoses days were everything is perfect. The days people read about in fairy tale books to children. Well that is what Lanisha's wedding was to her. She says it was above and beyond her most detailed dreams. The weather was a little overcast and it rained early that moring but you could not have asked for a more perfect September day. My little sister was the most beautiful bride I have seen! The look of true love and happiness in her eyes and in Tylers. Everything was a day to remember forever! Sept. 17, 2008

Well Three years ago today I was standing in a room in my wedding dress so excited to marry this amazing man! I could not be more happy today! The love I feel for him is stronger everyday and I am more proud every min. to call myself Mrs. Josh Tolman. I love you baby and I am sorry that I had to work tonight but spending the day with you and Kaiden was wonderful. I miss you and hope that you have a great night. Well I better get back to work. :):)

Okay so we are in the final count down before Lanisha's big day and it's so stressful... She is so busy and wants this day to be perfect... I am glad that I have only 1 sister:) JK.... Well I have to say that her Bend Bach. Party was a great hit and it was a fun time. I love my sister so much and I am glad that we could spend this time together. New Floors.

Finally today we are getting the new floor for the kitchen placed. I am so excited to get my house completly back together. We have been in the middle of a remodel for a while and I ready to be done. Plus now I have to get everything ready for my sisters party Saturday here at my house. I will be sure to post pic of that when I get them. Kaiden and I are playing this moring and I am loving it so much.... Well I will chat later.

Lanishas Trip

Okay so after 9 mo. of planning we finally go to tell Lanisha where we were taking her for her surprise bach. party. Katie C. Kara N. Myself and Lanisha all went to Cancun for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Here are a few pic but there are a lot more I will have to share when I can show you the photo's there are too many to try and download them all on here.

Placing Travis' Roadside Memorial.

Yesterday we went for a run for Travis. We had 30 rigs with at least 2-5 people in each rig. We all met at Tiger Mart at 9 am and then headed out to the Ochoco mountains. We went to the place where Travis' accident happened and put up one of the most impressive roadside memorials I have ever seen. The amount of people there and the support that was showed through out the day is undescribeable. Here are a few pic.

Okay so I know that tattoo's are not loved by everyone but we thought that it was only right that we had something to always remember our brother. So Josh and I went and had tattoo's with Travis' name on them. Tami (Josh's mom did also) they are all individule but the same. We all agreed that the Chevy Bow Tie was a must but we were able to choose how, where, and color all individule. Well these were taken they day they were done in the studio so they look a little rough but you should see them now! So here are some photos.
